What we collect

Account information you provide (your email address), licence and order records, and basic service logs (IP addresses for abuse prevention). Payment details are handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To operate the account and licensing service, process payments and issue licences and receipts, provide support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data.

Offline builds

Compiling a Forge project never requires contacting our service. The compiler verifies licences locally and does not report your designs or builds to us. Enterprise licences operate fully offline.

Retention and rights

We retain account, licence, and order records while your account is active. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or close your account, by contacting support@forge.app. This service is operated from the United Kingdom.
