Community licence

Unassigned team seats — seats not yet linked to a named user — may be refunded on a prorated basis when the seat count is reduced. Assigned seats — seats linked to a named user — are non-refundable, except as required by UK consumer law. Refunds are issued as a credit applied against future invoices; card refunds are at Forge's discretion outside of these obligations.

No artificial limits

Licences govern rights, usage, targets, automation, and support. They do not impose component counts, LUT caps, or silently degraded compiler output.

Liability

Forge is provided as a compiler/build-verified tool. Physical FPGA verification is a separate level and is not represented as complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence in the preceding twelve months.
